Before you start
Decide what people need to agree to, which details you need to collect and how long you need to keep the records. Choose whether the form is for adults, guardians or families.
Try the whole form
Use test details to complete your form before sharing it. Check the wording, signature, any email or code check, and the PDF record. If you offer more than one language, check each version.
After someone signs
Sign can help you find past registrations, keep PDF records and ask people to agree again. It also includes controls for keeping and deleting records.
